Moving your real estate license to our holding company is completed all online. Please fill out the form located here or click “Join Now” in the menu above. Be sure to have your payment method ready to pay for our annual fee. After payment, you will receive instructions on how to transfer your license to us through the IDFPR licensing portal. You can review the instructions here before you join.

You can refer to any real estate broker that you wish at any referral fee you agree on, even brokers located out of state.

The State of Illinois will charge you a fee, currently $35, to transfer your license. This fee does not come to us and is the fee you will pay to transfer your license anywhere.
